Hi HPeeps (see what I did there),
This HP Support page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_8678713-8678758-16 says to reach out to customer support as a last step. I am experiencing the issue detailed on the support page. Since my Tango is out of warranty, it is very literally impossible to navigate to a live support agent.
Does anyone know 1) How to contact a live support person (for no cost) with an expired warranty. 2) Anything about the known issue described when navigating to the URL above?
Side note: AI chat bots are not close to being ready for large scale deployments - especially without a "safe word" lol that will get a customer to a live agent. I asked the HP Virtual Assistant about the known issue. Suddenly the chat bot wasn't so chatty.
