Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was never to print colored ink when i installed and completed the setup. Then the black ink stopped printing. Im getting two error messages HP Instant Ink and unable to load data. Ive done a factory reset and downloaded printer drivers to try and resolve to problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
