Any one else have a problem with the LCD screen going to just lines on this printer? Also dealing with tech support and warranty with HP is a complete joke. The online chat they just keep closing when it takes more than 10 seconds for you to respond. Finally got ahold of someone Nov 6th who said they will ship replacement and I put my printer in the box and send it back. Never received it as i write this Dec 11th. Called back today and the support person said that the guy never finished the claim due to not enough info. They have had my phone number. Now they are saying I have to send mine in and wait for them to ship me a new one! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! SUCH A HASSLE WHEN THEIR STUFF DOESNT LAST MORE THAN A MONTH
