officejet pro 9013
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Got a new OfficeJet Pro 9013 today and decided to pull out my HP Everyday Photo paper to try out. To my surprise the quality is terrible, even with the best setting. I then realize that the ink was not properly dried, so it is all messed up during the printing. It printed OK (although appears darker than I'd like) on normal paper.

Also I can't choose HP Everyday Photo paper from the list. I chose HP Photo Papers and then Hp Glossy Brochure..., both with same (terrible) result.

Is there anything I am missing?

Thanks

It turned out that I have been printing on the back of the paper. I have to place the photo papers upside down to get it properly printed. Now everything is good. Only wasted several pages and quite a lot of ink ...
