Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have the Deskjet 3760 printer, the ‘Align Printheads’ option isn’t working in the HP Smart App. Sometimes it won’t print the page, but even when it does, the menu to select which numbers are aligned best freezes and won’t let me select anything and fails. 
I’ve tried factory resetting the printer, disconnecting the power cord from the printer and the wall for a couple minutes, plugging it into a different wall socket, turning my laptop off and on again, uninstalling and reinstalling the hp smart app. Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
