HP deskjet 3630
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hi there!

I have a HP deskjet 3630 printer. I went to print some invites that were supposed to be a 'blush pink' (that's what I purchased and what was advertised) Then on my screen (Mac version 10.11) it looked like a lovely dusty pink. Great! then once printed it came out as a peach orange... Any idea on how I can get it to at least pink I don't even care about the shad I just want pink not orange.

On another note, with the mac update the HP smart app won't let me add my printer as the mac says I don't need any software to print. So I can't even edit the printer settings because I can't add the printer to the app anymore! I was hoping to see if I could have a play with some settings in the app but that's not possible anymore.

Any help is much appreciated, Thank you!

Hi,

Please print and evaluate a test page:

May you see the expected results as the shown sample, or may you see any different or missing color comparing the shown example?

Hi Shlomi,

The test paper is the same. There isn't anything wrong with the printer I don't think. I just want to see if there is a way of altering the colours to achieve the colour that I can see on the screen

Thank you
