Hi @Chetan25,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing print quality issues with your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200a printer. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the problem.

  • Clean the print heads: Open the printer's lid and locate the print heads. Gently clean them using a soft, lint-free cloth or a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. This will help remove any dirt or debris that may be causing the strip lines.
  • Check toner levels: Ensure that the toner cartridge has sufficient toner. If it's low or empty, replace it with a new one. Low toner levels can affect print quality.
  • Replace the drum unit: The drum unit may be nearing the end of its life, which can result in poor print quality. Consult the printer's user manual or HP's website for instructions on how to replace the drum unit.
  • Adjust print settings: Open the printer settings on your computer and check the print quality settings. Make sure it is set to the highest available option for optimal print quality.
  • Update printer drivers: Visit HP's official website and download the latest printer drivers for your specific model. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause print quality issues. Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
  • Use high-quality paper: Ensure that you are using compatible, good-quality paper. Low-quality or incompatible paper can affect print output.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
