I am refreshing toner 143A into HP Neverstop Printer. Visual instruction indicate I should be able to insert and then rotate 180 degrees clockwise. I am not able to rotate the injection container. Is there another step prior to insertion?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link to replace the toner and let me know if that fixes the issue.
