OfficeJet Pro 8020
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Trying to align the printheads on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8020. While I am able to print the alignment sheet, the scanner is not recognizing the print out and gives a error with options to reprint or rescan. I have tried the level 2 and level 3 clean print head diagnostics and installed brand new HP ink cartridges for all colors.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Alignment errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
