All, I know many of you have had the same problem but for a large software provider HP have really outdone themselves with the instant ink scam.
We were using the introductory offer as im sure most people sigend up for and had about 2 months of useable service after this before everything went wrong.
Credit card expired on the billing and we needed to print so brought HP cartidges only to find out the the printer we had paid hundereds of punds for was effectivley locked by HP to instant ink cartridges only.
I messaged them on the Watsapp on the Monday the 26th of June when I was sat at home infront of a comuter and with the orinter to had, they messaged back on the 28th of june to solve the probelm, got cut off.
They then recontact on the 29th of june said I had not responded and closed the session, I pointed out I asked for support Monday and it was now Thursday and it just starts a new support function meaning it reassigns a new agent.
I spoke to somone shortly after this who told me I needed to cancle my account in order to unlock my printer at the next billing cycle,
Now November and printer is still locked saying we cannot use it without enrolling in HP instant ink that we were told to cancel.
The whole thing means we have a useless printer and causes agro every time we need to rpint anything.

Provided again at 20:06
It is now 20:30 and there is no further contact i,e the query has been dropped or disconnected.
Does anyone know how to actually resolve this issue without just getting a new printer and advising all others never to by HP or sign up to instant ink?
