Trying to set up automatic delivery of ink cartridges for my HP desk jet 2722 printer. Instructions say to press the info and cancel buttons simultaneously to get a code. Nothing happens when I press them. I am definitely connected to wireless Internet. Any ideas?

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. For assistance, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet and check if the printer is Instant Ink eligible.

 

Refer to this document to know how to turn on web services.

If you still have issues with web services, refer to - Cannot Connect to Web Services
