Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer: OfficeJet Pro 9010. I need to change one of the ink cartridges but I can't access them. When I follow the Printer Manual and open both front and top doors they don't move to the change position, when I follow the printer display and open just the front door I have the same problem and if I touch the Replace display option I still can't get access. I've tried switching off and unplugging but it makes no difference.

Thanks Echo_Lake. I'm not sue just what happened - I had the "Change cartridge now" message but not an error message of any kind. I tried the full Reset procedure and managed to change the cartridge during it. Now opening the front door and tapping "Replace" brings the carriage to the correct position but as I've already managed to make the change I'll have to wait until the next one needs changing to make sure everything works ok.
