Hi, I recently acquired an Envy 5544 printer. I'm trying to sign up to Instant Ink and it keeps taking me to a US site, despite my printer settings being set to UK, and my account being set to UK. According to Google, there should be an Instant Ink option for the UK, but I just can't seem to access it. Please can someone advise because I've spent way too many hours on this now

I understand you are trying to resolve the issue with your HP ENVY 5544 printer redirecting you to the US Instant Ink site instead of the UK site, follow these steps:
1. Confirm Your HP Account Settings
- Log in to your HP Account at HP Instant Ink.
- Verify that your region is set to the UK and that your address matches a UK location.
2. Set Your Printer's Region
If your printer's region settings are incorrect, it can cause redirection issues:
- Print a Network Configuration Page:
- Go to your printer's Settings or Wireless menu and select Print Reports > Network Configuration Page.
- Look for the Country/Region settings under the printer's configuration.
- If incorrect, contact HP Support to update the region associated with your printer.
3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Since your browser may store location data:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Restart your browser and try signing up again through the UK site.
4. Access the UK Instant Ink Page Directly
- Visit the UK-specific HP Instant Ink site: https://www.hpinstantink.com/uk/en.
- Sign in to your account and try registering your printer there.
5. Reset HP Smart App Region Settings
If using the HP Smart app:
- Open the app and log in.
- Go to Account Settings and check the region/country.
- Change it to the UK if it's set to the US.
