After having already used and replaced the Setup HP cartridges with Regular HP cartridges with no problem, I had an issue in which a document failed to print. Upon turning the OfficeJet Pro 8028 printer OFF and ON, the Use SETUP Cartridges error message appear on the display screen. I bought brand new color 910 HP ink cartridges and installed with the previously functioning black 910X HP ink cartridge, but the problem persists. Before coming here, I ran the diagnostics with the HP Smart App and exhausted the troubleshooting steps with the HP Virtual Assistant without success. Can you help?

I'd like to help!
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
