Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Used to belong to instant ink but cancelled.  Now no cartridges will work in my computer.  Says "cartridge cannot be used until printer enrolled in HP instant ink.  I bought a cartridge at my local Staples store, so it's not an instant ink cartridge but it looks like HP has blocked the printer somehow.

We are sorry to hear that! We understand you have cancelled the instant ink service and replaced the cartridges with original HP cartridges. Kindly share the image of the cartridges currently installed via private message. 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
