Help! I replaced my tri color ink cartridge with a new one, sent from HP. Now an error says “Validating… Please Wait”. I’ve tried multiple times to reset by unplugging from the back of the computer, then wall, waiting for 60 secs before replugging. I’ve taken cartridges in an out. I’ve cleaned them as well as contacts in the carriage. I’ve verified cartridges are not expired. What can I do?? I’ve tried to contact customer service but it asks me to add my device serial # but every time I do, it says service unavailable. This printer is only 7 weeks old and I’m about to throw it out my window!!
