Verschwommener Druck (PDF) nach Patronenwechsel - HP Officejet 4500 G510

Hallo zusammen, hallo Maik,

vor gut einem Jahr hatte ich bereits das gleiche Problem. Nach dem Kauf einer schwarzen Original-HP-Patrone werden PDFs verschwommen gedruckt.

Es wurde viel versucht, Reinigung, Neuausrichtung, etc. - alles hat damals als auch heute nichts gebracht.

Mir wurde damals eine neue Patrone zugeschickt - damit war das Problem behoben.

Da mit dieser Patrone so ein weiteres Drucken nicht möglich ist, wäre ich ihnen dankbar, wenn diese entsprechend wieder ausgetauscht werden könnte.

Maik hat mir damals schnell und unkompliziert helfen können.

Hello everyone, hello Maik,

A  year ago I already had the same problem.

After buying a black original HP cartridge, PDFs are printed blurry.

A lot of things were tried, cleaning, realignment, etc. - all this has been of no avail.

A new cartridge was then sent to me - this solved the problem.

Further printing is not possible at this time.
I would be grateful to them if this could be replaced accordingly again.

Maik (from HP) was able to help me quickly and easily at that time.
