Hi @Chris32684,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To find the PIN code or key for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer, you can follow these steps.

  • Look for a small white sticker or label on the back or bottom of the printer. The PIN code may be printed on this sticker. It is typically a combination of letters and numbers.
  • Check the printer's documentation or user manual that came with the device. Look for a section that discusses security features or initial setup, as the PIN code may be mentioned there.
  • If you have connected your printer to a wireless network, you may find the PIN code in the network settings on your computer or mobile device. Navigate to your device's Wi-Fi settings, locate the network name (SSID) associated with your printer, and check the network details or properties. The PIN code may be listed there.
  • If you are unable to locate the PIN code using the methods above, you can try accessing the printer's web interface. Open a web browser on a computer connected to the same network as the printer and enter the printer's IP address in the address bar. This will take you to the printer's web interface. Look for the security or wireless settings within the interface, as the PIN code may be displayed there.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
