My black cartridge now showing less than quarter-full. On-screen supply info tell me I'm fine (Really ?) Phone support (don't ask me how I managed this...the UK number I used now seems disconnected. "Oh yes...actually we sent you a new black cartridge just today!" That was 10 days ago - and guess what hasn't arrived. And to make matters worse, the HP site's now refusing to accept my regular logon, though bizarrely, I can *still* access my instant ink page, which continues to  tell me there are no issues, and makes no mention of 'inkcart in post." Any ideas how I can contact a person ?
