Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer

I am VERY angry with HP for refusing to have any customer service chat for existing customers with older devices!  It was very difficult but I managed to chat with a live rep over the summer regarding this SAME issue... I kept getting transferred and it took HOURS but was eventually connected with a knowledgeable agent who fixed my issue. But it just started again.  It seems to occur when printing PDF files.  I generally always select black and white/grayscale so save on ink.  The printer seems to reverse the contrast and prints out solid black documents with white font.  This is wasting my ink!  Is this HP's way of forcing me to buy a new printer??  If so, I promise it won't be HP.

For out of warranty devices you would need to subscribe to the HP Smart Friend service.
