I just signed up for instant ink with my new printer. There is a card in the packaging as well as signs all over the store that state you will receive 6 months of free ink if you sign up, so I did. It only gave me 2 months and of course there is no one to contact. I called 866-745-9852 4 times which is the number the main site gave me. I listen to the privacy message, make my choice for Instant Ink and it promptly hangs up.
I'm getting ready to take the thing back!

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
