I am in Canada and I have been using Insta ink for quite awhile now. I’ve just recently started up a home business where I need to print in color a lot. This is the second time that a shipping label has been created but it is not sent out to Canada post. They created the label on July 27th and it hasn’t moved since. Today is Aug 9. They are supposed to ship within a couple of days. When I go and buy store bought ink I getting messages from Hp reminding me that I put in non-insta ink cartridges (like I’m an idiot).


How am I supposed to run a business when I can’t print for 2 weeks? Anyone know what is going on?

It’s now the 13th and my shipment hasn’t moved. According to support it’s a Canada post problem. Maybe you guys should use another carrier if people are waiting 3-4 weeks for their ink.
