macOS 14.0 Sonoma

I have a HP DeskJet 2810e and I'm having massive issues with my prints. I've tried everything to resolve it, running the cleaning  and alignment processes numerous times, updating software, inspecting the cartridges and nothing seems to help. I'm paying for an ink subscription with HP as well, yet the printer seems useless. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Pburgess2208 

That is happening because there are some ink dry in the cartridge, and just need to clean it.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to clean cartridge:

After cleaning cartridges, then try to print again.

 

Also if you have an Instant Ink subscription service, then you may need to contact HP Support to ask for a new black ink cartridge.

Ok, thanks for following the steps, so then you may need to contact HP Support to ask for a new black ink cartridge.

That black cartridge is faulty and you need to change, asking HP Instant Ink service for help in replacing that cartridge.
