Will not copy or print any color, but color setting enabled.  Tried two differeent color cartridges, same result.  Downloaded new drivers by unistalling and reinstalling printer.  Reset printer to factory defaults.  Used 'tools' setting to clean cartridges. Test pages and alignment page completely missing color

- Are you able to make a colour copy on the printer standalone? (Placed a colour document on the scanner glass and make a colour copy to confirm). 

- When was the last time you were able to print in colour?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
