Danzo is likely referring to the known solutions for print quality explained here:
What else?
Assuming the printer passes all the print quality tests, it "can" print.
The tests should indicate areas where "general" text printing is not working.
What could it be?
One Idea...
One thing people sometimes miss (it is somewhat obscure) is that not all fonts are equal.
Font structure has an impact on how the font looks in the document and in print.
Font structure is impacts how much ink is used to print that font.
The way the font is made impacts how (well) font responds to magnification.
Open your letter in the original format used to create it and change the font to a "heavier" font type.
For example, change the font to Ariel as opposed to HP Simplified Light.
Make sure the font color is set to "Black" as opposed to one of the gray tones.
What else?
Try different paper.
Paper type and the condition of that paper impacts how well ink is absorbed into the paper.

Thanks i actually changed the font to bold and went from size 12 to 15 and it printed perfectly , must not be a very good printer if i cant print words in normal font and regular size with no bold, i guess i need a more expensive one? as this was like 39.99?

You are welcome.
I cannot speak to the low cost of the device impacting how fonts print.
I don't know whether the two items are related.
Stay Safe.
