The XXXL print cartridges supplied by HP do not work. There is a communication problem, printer will not do anything until I remove them.

Can anyone help?

It's a HP Envy 6032e

Model no. SNPRC-1807-01

No error messages but the side of unit glows white.

The extra large cartridges supplied by HP have never worked.

I have not made any changes to my printer recently and can still use standard cartridges to print.

HI @Brightspark3311,

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer ink cartridges.

A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain on the printer.

1) Take out the cartridges

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges

B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Take care and have a good day

I did as I was instructed but cartridges still do not work.

I have flashing white light on r/h side, white light in the middle and an E0 on the unit.

I am going to put my standard cartridges back in, as I know they work.

I may have to cancel my subscription.

Anything else you can suggest?
