Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Though I've changed my black cartridge to my 6520 e-ALL-IN-ONE Series printer (twice in several days).  The black ink will not print out on my documents.  I've print out the print quality diagnostic page and it doesn't show black ink in the color quality rectangle (block) though the other inks are present.  I've checked the ink level for the four cartridges and they all show full (that includes the black ink cartridge).  Also, I ran the cleaning function several times with no positive result as it regards, black ink cartridge.  Can you assist with what my issue may be or suggest a resolution?

Printhead failed, it will probably be cheaper to buy a new printer than to get the printer replaced.
