Hi @cbratka,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e is printing blank test pages, you might want to try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink cartridges have enough ink. Even if they’re full, sometimes they can be improperly seated or malfunctioning.
  • Verify Cartridge Installation: Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges to make sure they are installed correctly. Sometimes, a cartridge may not be making proper contact.
  • Clean Printheads: Use the printer’s built-in printhead cleaning function. This option is usually found in the printer’s maintenance menu.
  • Check for Obstructions: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer that could be causing issues.
  • Run a Diagnostic Test: Many printers have a diagnostic or troubleshooting feature that can identify issues with printing.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Make sure the printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, firmware updates can fix printing issues.
  • Reset the Printer: Perform a factory reset on the printer. This can sometimes resolve underlying issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
