hi
yesterday i replace my blue toner by another one.
since i have blue line on all the printing i do.
i try to calibrate, to clean and many other things but still the same problems.
when i opening the front panel (where the toner are!) i see blue line on the "black film" there is on the front panel.
i don't know how to resolve this issue!

Yes that is the most likely cause.

If the line appeared after replacing a toner then it is most likely you have a defective toner. This is particularly true if your printer uses a cartridge that has both drum and toner in it. You state Toshiba product, please note that this site is for the support of HP products. I have given you a suggestion as a courtesy. If this does not fix the problem and you indeed have a Toshiba product you should check their website. If you have an HP product you can post back for further suggestions, please be sure to include the model number in any further posts.
