When I print A4 format everything works perfect.

When I print A3 format in color the print is blurred and it only prints in grayscale.

firmware updated to the last version (hp firmware not windows one)

remove and install doesn't fix the problem.

What can i do?

That is because you are using Microsoft drivers, you need to download and install drivers from hp.com

Your first post indicates you've updated the firmware.  Different than the driver.

You need to download and install the HP DRIVER.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
