i bought a used officejet pro 6968 because my previous one was no longer working. the one i bought is tied to someone else's instant ink account, so i cannot disable automatic updates or use non-hp cartridges. how do i remove the instank ink information from this printer? i bought the printer from an online retailer so i do not have the info of the person who previously had the account.

If the printer is previously enrolled in instant ink and the account is not cancelled, you might not be able to use it.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance. We will look if the account is still active and help.canceled
