hi. has anyone had any problems with this printer. i rang hp last weekend as was not printing cyan, was sent another ink, now its magenta and yellow . i have been told i cant take back to store (argos) i  have only had 3 months i have to wait for a replacement print which is reconditioned!! absolute rubbish in my option. i have gone through so much  hp paper and still never achieved the job i need to do for my business

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further. 

 

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hi. I spoke to hp on sunday who were suppose to be sending me a new replacement  printer . Its now tuesday i have had no email confirmation  whatsoever.  Getting really peeved off to be honest
