I just bought a new HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. I filled the ink as explained in the manual and loaded the printer heads. I am using windows 10. I have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor, I have researched the web for hours but I can't find a solution to my problem. This is a new printer why is the ink levels not syncing with my HP Smart app. PLEASE ASSIST???

There is no estimated ink level feature, ink level is monitored visually with eyes, when you are low on the ink you refill it.

Indeed, Ink Levels are shown visually and not through the software for an Ink Tank printer, this is how it should work.
