how to get this code ? because my tri ink color is not incompatible ? how to reset my region or to get this code on my screentshot or attach file ?

I'm unable to see the picture. Which country did you buy the Printer from? And which country is the Printer located in currently?

 my hp envy 4500 e all in one series is comes from my friend i think comes from japan , from now im living in the philippines ... i already reset my printer i select region philippines ..the black ink cartridge is okey but the tri ink is not compatible... i watch in youtube needs to req code the cartridge .. i send my all picture thats needs gives in information about my problem .. i hope u see my attach file photo..

Yes, we'll have to do a region reset.

To do a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region to which you want to reset it to.

i want it reset it to the philippines....  i watch on the youtube they do req a code of cartridge  on hp admin .... i give some info may hp envy 4500 e all in one series purchase on japan and now the printer is shift on philippines ... the black ink only which is i use only , the tri ink color is not compatible ....

yes , i do already the criteria that u gave me ... i already install on my computer , and update and my hp envy i reset i change may region on philippines and language is english ... what should i do the next step ?
