Product: HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi.  I bought in ink cartridges from Amazon.  Put them in the printer and the cyan cartridge says it is defective.  I have done all of the troubleshooting things that were on HP website and it still does not work.  How in the heck do I get a new cartridge.  Is there a phone number to talk to someone on the phone?  The virtual assistant is a joke.  Please Help!!!  Scott
