hi i have envy 5020 printer. i cancel instant ink as wasnt using it enough.
instant ink have stopped working as expected. however ive put in new 304 cartridges hp . but cant seem to get ink levels to show? not on printer not on the hp smart app is there some reset i need to do? thanks again

@user4567, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you using regular HP ink cartridges?
Make sure the Instant Ink enrollment has been canceled. You may log in to your account to check the same.
Restart the router, the printer, and the PC.
If the issue persists, turn off the web services as shown in this document and try printing.
