hp envy 5055 printer ink supply

i have this hp envy 5055 printer and it needs ink and when i sent away for ink i keep getting what they say will fit my printer but it fails to work. when i look at the pinout on the cartridge they are not the same, but the supply stores claim those will work.  where can i get ink for this printer?   the tag inside the printer says M2U85A  the tag on the back says  S# [edited] the MPN# [edited[ the FPU# is M2U85-64001   

so where might i get ink for this printer or is it so old now that it is past it's life.  or might i be able to get one of those tank systems and just keep doing refills for those tanks?
