Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi. hp officejet 6000, not wireless. I have the hp print + scan doctor, and it doesnt show me the level of the cartridge . I go into the program and it doesnt show me anything. How can i see the amount of the remaining ink? the hp smart doesnt find my printer at all. Thanks Spiros
