HP ENVY 4516 All-in-One Printer

hello. my hp envy 4516 is not recognizing the new #63 tri color cartridge. i have worked through the basic resets, cleaning and re installation process at least 4 times with no success.  

Any suggestions?

Are you getting any specific error message with regards to the cartridges, like an E0?

 

Is your printer enrolled with instant ink services?

 

If yes, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number  via private message and I'll look into this.

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
