@Georgy1938,

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Community! 🎉

I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

  • Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on to refresh its settings.
  • Check Paper Tray: Make sure the paper is aligned properly in the tray and there are no jams.
  • Change Print Quality Settings: Go to printer settings on your computer and change the print quality to a lower setting (draft mode).
  • Update Printer Drivers: Go to HP’s website and ensure your printer drivers are up to date.
  • Print Queue: Check your print queue for stuck jobs. Clear any pending jobs and restart printing.
  • Connectivity: If using Wi-Fi, ensure the printer has a stable connection. Try printing from a wired connection if possible.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, reset the printer to its default settings (consult your printer manual for instructions).
