I have repeatedly purchased ink that was improperly labeled. The 564XL is placed in the 564 packages.  How can I get the correct ink if the sellers see the wrong labeling?  Is this being corrected or is anyone aware of it?

Welcome to the HP Community --

If you purchase ink from HP, the package should be factory sealed and the contents correct.

If you've purchased ink from the HP Store and it is not correctly packaged,

Contact the Store's Customer Service department.

Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other methods to contact you.

I purchased the ink from Amazon, not the HP store.  Does this prevent me from asking for assistance?  It's your ink in your packaging...

Not my decision -- we are a user forum -- we are not a direct conduit to HP internal departments.

Your question / concern was forwarded to our HP Community Moderator Team -

If there is a response, for example, if one of our agents would like to ask for additional information, look for a message here before the agent uses other methods to contact you.

Were it mine to do...
Amazon should perhaps be made aware that you have purchased ink from one of their sellers and the ink is not right / not in factory sealed package / not correctly labeled.

If you wish to do so, report the seller to Amazon.

Log into your Amazon account - look for a link to send a message to Amazon.

I have now been to Target and Walmart, and both have the packaging issue, just like Amazon.  This is on HP, because the packages have the proper number, but the wrong product inside.  What will you do?

It's been done -- the Moderator team has been notified of your concern.

On a personal note:  If you have been opening unpurchased packages at retail stores, I suggest you don't do that.

I am sorry I cannot make it clear that Not-HP people (Experts) do not work for HP.

We can report - we cannot intervene.
