Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

Hello! I have an HP office jet Pro 8028 and have two colors (magenta and yellow) that will not print. The cartridges are recognized, the levels are full, and I have run the print head cleaner at least 4 times. Additionally, I have powered off and restarted the printer. I cannot figure out why the printer is not utilizing those two colors. Any help is appreciated!
