*** UPDATE : removing both instant ink cartridges was the trick to get the non instant ink cartridge working. however, i would like someone from support to contact me so i can find out why i've never received any ink in all of this time .... thank you! ***
this is a bit frustrating & i'm hoping someone can help. i bought a HP printer a few years ago, it works fine & i don't use it often. i had signed up for the instant ink program and constantly got emails about charges but never received any extra ink (not sure i've ever run out, either). anyway, i decided to cancel my instant ink subscription when i recently moved - since i see no benefit - and now i can't print at all. i can't get in touch with anyone bc i'm out of warranty & i've tried to put regular, non "instant ink," in my printer, but it's still not letting me print until i reconnect my account. i have work that needs to get done and i'm stuck here, unable to print anything i need ...
any suggestions? thanks in advance!
