cant get my instant ink register code but the printer telling me its already connect

But I am not charge and do not get ink by mail

Have you enrolled in the instant ink already? If yes, I would need a few details.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

i have the same issue. it says my printer is already enrolled in instant ink, but i do not have the service set up i am not getting charged for ink nor is it being delivered. i bought the printer used from a second hand store and believe it could be from a previous owner.
