While printing photos, I noticed that the print had streaks and that the problem was with the cyan ink. I tried all the maintenance procedures without success, and I contacted Instant Ink support, who sent me a new cartridge. I replaced it without any result. All mixed colors come out distorted, the printing is still streaky, and it changes with each new print.

The diagnostics do not report any issues, but the printing is terrible. Even the grayscale printing is unacceptable.

I thought that the printhead might be damaged.

What can I do? Thank uou.

It's the printhead. Is the printer covered by warranty?
