Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Laserjet Pro 500 color m570dw.

 

There is power from the cartridges leaking onto the transfer belt, but it only seems to be the Magenta.

I clean it up but it starts to come through again and leaves lines on the printing. 

 

Anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this or maybe even why it is happening.

 

I have pulled out the Mageta cartridge but it doesn't have any powder on the outside, It is clean looking the same as the other ones.

SOLVED.

 

I was looking for a complicated solution but think it's a simple as the Magenta leaking from a faulty cartridge. Have installed a new one and cleaned up the transfer belt again.

 

Seems good so far.
