Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One

I have an hp smart tank + 651.
cyan stopped.

i’tried the self repair on the printer.

I’ve been searching on several sites, even hp and not found a site that tells how to self repair.  I cannot find a site that tells how to order a color print head, and since I can’t find out how to order I am totally uninformed as to what the cost might be. 

Please let me know information re the above issues.

thank you.  And perhaps have your IT people know that a new sentence after a period (.) usually begins with a capital letter.
