my color laser Pro will not print the color black. All the colors work great except for black

If you are getting no black it would indicate either a bad cartridge or a bent/broken drum contact. Open the cartridge door and remove all toners and look down the left side of the cavity. There will be four sets of contacts, all are identical. If the set closest to the door do not look the same such as bent or broken, you need to resolve that issue.
