hi fellows , i have a officejet 5230 i substitute a ink cartridge 302 hp because in scren monitor tell me remove and install cartridge and control if is right insert them , i buy new one and insert but nothing return me the same error , i return in ink-shop , the clercks , substitute with another new one (always all original) and return me the same error , i reset in menu but i have the same problem anyone have idea? or solution thanks

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to your printer?
- Could you please share the picture of the error message screen?
- What is the operating system?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Reset the printer:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.
-
Wait 60 seconds.
-
Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet. -
Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
