HP officejet 8035e not printing cyan: I've run the clean printhead many times. I've used printhead cleaning kit too. I tried the HP diagnostics, HP Doctor etc no change and no errors found
The printer is 2 yrs old and otherwise works fine.
I'm very frustrated at this point and if I have to purchase a new printer it will not be an HP !!!
Any help greatly appreciated

Hi @Ted_F_73 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your frustration. If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e is not printing cyan despite multiple attempts to clean the printhead and use diagnostic tools, there are a few additional steps you can try before considering purchasing a new printer. Here are some suggestions:
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure that the cyan ink cartridge has sufficient ink. You can check the ink levels through the printer software on your computer or directly on the printer's control panel.
Replace Cyan Ink Cartridge:
- Even if the ink level appears to be sufficient, the cyan ink cartridge may be faulty. Consider replacing the cyan ink cartridge with a new one to see if it resolves the issue.
Manual Printhead Cleaning:
- If the automatic printhead cleaning has not been successful, you can try manually cleaning the printhead. Remove the cyan ink cartridge and clean the printhead with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water. Be gentle and avoid touching the nozzles.
Printer Firmware Update:
- Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve printing issues. You can check for firmware updates on the HP support website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
